Krista and Chris.....Soo Cute!

This couple was the cutest couple! They were alot of fun to work with that day. Christas' gown was elegantly simple, yet complimented her perfectly. The back of her dress was such a great fit for her and she complimented it with an antique broach from her grandmother that looked like it was made for the dress. Christa knew how to work it for the camera...she was so fun to work with! I hope you enjoy some highlights of some of my favorite shots.

Wedding Updates!

I haven't been able to post at all this summer.....it's been extremely busy! This is 2009 in Michigan so I will not complain! I would like to post some of my favorite weddings from this season so far. I've had a great bunch of families to work with and they all have made my job great!

I am starting my posting with this great couple. (above)We all had alot of fun shooting at Belle Isle and the weather was wonderful. They introduced me to one of my new favorite bands in Michigan.. The Killer Flamingos, who played at their reception. I have made it around to see the Killer Flamingos a number of times since seeing them at this wedding.....not your typical wedding band. They were awesome!

Steamboat Trip

I was able to spend 4 days in Steamboat Springs, Co. I have a great friend who took me there about 20 years ago and wanted to revisit for a time of skiing and fun in an "older version!". The skiing was awesome!
The skiing was great, but the mountains are so much to take in! On our way up to the highest point of the mountain, I noticed that the sky was an awesome shade of blue, like I have never seen before. I attached a few photos and did not touch the color at all. It is so peaceful up there (except on the beginning of "Tomahawk"....it was way too crowded) and the weather was really good to us too; about 35-40 so it wasn't bone chilling. There is nothing like it.....Heaven!!!!
I can't wait to go again. Thanks and Love Ya Sal
